Welcome to the Safety App, owned and operated by AAA Safety App Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, installing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services.

1. Definitions

“App” means the Safety App mobile application.
“User,” “you” or “your” means anyone who accesses or uses the Services.
“Content” means all text, images, audio, video, graphics, and data made available through the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Services, you:

4. Registration & Account Security

Accurate Information: You must register with accurate, up-to-date information.
Account Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any account credentials.
Unauthorized Use: Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Services Overview

The App provides:

One-tap SOS alerts
Live location sharing
Emergency calling
Torch and compass utilities
In-app messaging and community feeds

We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or infringe third-party rights.
Upload malicious code or spam.
Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App’s code.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7. Content & License

Your Content: You retain ownership of data you submit. By uploading, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it to provide the Services.
Our Content: All rights to the App, website, and Company branding are reserved by AAA Safety App Private Limited. You may only use our trademarks and materials with our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g. analytics, push-notification providers). Your interactions with those services are subject to their terms.

10. Fees & Payments

The App is offered free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, separate terms and pricing will apply.

11. Disclaimers

“As-Is” Basis: The Services are provided without warranties of any kind.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accuracy: We are not responsible for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information in the App.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAA Safety App Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Loss of data, profit, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Any claim arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

By You: You may delete the App and stop using the Services at any time.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.
Effect: Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or internet failures).

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, India.
